MOONWRACK is a browser-based, souls-like action RPG that runs entirely from a single self-contained HTML file, using Three.js with procedurally generated textures so it needs no downloaded assets or build step. Its defining mechanic is the Worldtide, a real-time, roughly six-minute global tide cycle that floods and drains the whole open world, acting as clock, key, and threat: causeways only cross at the ebb, the drowned dead rise at the flood, and your single Breath meter serves as both stamina and air. You explore the ten regions of the Sundered Shelf (from tidal flats and kelp cathedrals to a city built in the ribs of a god-whale), kindling five lighthouse "Last Lights" that work as rest points, leveling stations, and fast travel, and eventually as a way to command the tide itself. Combat draws on thousands of procedurally generated weapons across eight classes, roaming named field bosses, and three shard-holding Pilot bosses plus a fifth major boss, with Nacre as the souls-style currency that washes shoreward when you die. Collecting all three shards triggers the Verdict, a choice between multiple endings (with a hidden fourth) that visibly rewrites the sky and sea.
